Here's a summary:

Who is responsible for this promotion? This initiative has been created by the Million Dollar Vax Alliance, a group of generous philanthropists and corporations to accelerate Australia's COVID-19 vaccination program. The faster we reach vaccination rates nationally, the sooner we all can safely resume our full range of community and business activity.

Can I enter if I am not getting vaccinated or have an exemption? This promotion is only open for Australian residents who at the time of entering have received at least one Vaccination and will be fully vaccinated by December 13th.

Can I enter if I have been fully vaccinated prior to October 1? Yes, if you have already been double vaccinated prior to October 1, you can still enter the Million Dollar Vax Promotion and be eligible to win a Daily Prize or the Grand Prize. If you win a prize you will need to provide evidence of your COVID-19 vaccination certificate or immunisation history statement (available through your online Medicare account accessible via myGov or through the Express Plus Medicare app) and acceptable photo identification (Driver's licence, Australian Passport, Student ID Card, Proof of Age or Photo ID Cards issued by the Australian Government) before the 13th December 2021.

What are the eligibility requirements around entering the Million Dollar Vax Promotion? Entry is open to all residents of Australia aged 18 years and over who either:

a)

are fully vaccinated as per the National COVID-19 Vaccination Program (i.e. have received two approved COVID-19 vaccinations); or

b)

have received, at the time of entry and during the Promotional Period, a first vaccination in accordance with the National COVID-19 Vaccination Program. You must be fully vaccinated prior to the Promotion Vaccination End Date in order to be paid a prize.

How can I enter the Million Dollar Vax Promotion? To enter the Million Dollar Vax Promotion you must go online between the 1st October – 31st October and provide the following details:

a)

First and last name;

b)

Email address;

c)

Date of Birth;

d)

Suburb;

e)

Postcode;

f)

Mobile phone number,

and acknowledge and advise the Promoter that they have received the advice of a health practitioner prior to receiving a COVID-19 vaccination during or following the Promotional Period and acknowledge that you are eligible to enter.

My Email Address/Mobile Number isn’t working on the entry site and I can’t submit my entry For validation purposes and to ensure that there is only one entry per person, a unique email and mobile number will need to be used for your entry. You will not be able to use the same email address or mobile number against multiple entrants or your entry will not be accepted.

What happens to the data that I provide on the entry form? The data provided in the Million Dollar Vax promotion is owned by the Summer Foundation. This does not include identity documents and proof of vaccination documents, which will be destroyed at the conclusion of the promotion.The data of entrants will only be used for 2 purposes: implementing the Million Dollar Vax promotion and inviting people to participate in research into the effectiveness of public health campaigns.This data will NOT be used for general fundraising or marketing purposes.

Research into the effectiveness of public health campaigns The data will also be used to invite all entrants to participate in research regarding the effectiveness of public health campaigns. For example, we are currently working with La Trobe University on a survey to send to entrants to better understand the enablers and barriers to Australians getting vaccinated. All studies will be voluntary and will obtain the approval of a Human Research Ethics Committees prior to it being implemented.

Why do you want the entrant's date of birth? To help ensure that people do not enter Million Dollar Vax multiple times and to be able to help verify that the "winners" have been vaccinated prior to receiving a prize.
