So that's an actual Twix ad? It's like a leftist fantasy story with a Twix logo on the ends. They didn't even try to sell candy in it. It's also really long for a normal ad.

It wasn't made as an ad specifically for Twix (which makes sense because the candy doesn't appear anywhere but the bumpers) but Twix did legit approve this.

The new Twix ad, titled ‘The New Nanny,’ is part of a ‘Bize Size Halloween’ collection of short films, meant to tie into the Halloween holiday and, of course, to sell chocolate bars. ‘New Nanny’ is part of a collection of short films created by 18 young filmmakers from various backgrounds, produced by 20th Digital Studio. Twix, Skittles, and Snickers have sponsored some of the ads, which have aired throughout October on the channels Freeform, FX, and FXX.

Twix confirms involvement in liberal short film: https://archive.md/b1siC

Mars Wrigley told the Washington Examiner it sponsored the short film The New Nanny, which features a young boy dressed in various princess dresses befriending a witch who presents herself to him as his nanny. The boy interacts with other children, who ask him why he's wearing a dress when it is not Halloween, and another boy makes fun of him for his attire. In the end, the witch magically blows the mean boy away.

"The Bite Size short film, sponsored by TWIX and created in partnership with 20th Digital Studio, will run on several digital platforms, as well as Freeform, FX and FXX," Mars Wrigley said in a statement to the Washington Examiner.
