I've read that they all quit within 10 years because the lifestyle is so unhealthy. I tried it once and I totally understand. You can't feel nourished without quality proteins. I think if you're squeamish about killing animals (I imagine that's why you'd be vegan) then at least eat eggs.
The amount of energy differential that animal fat produces in the human body versus plant fat is hilariously one sided. The simple fact of the matter is countries that have a meat based diet grow taller, stronger, and have stronger hormone development. All ethnicities are growing taller and more built in America.
In Africa the meat/milk consuming tribes conquered all the agrarian ones. It was the same in Asia with the Huns, who also drank milk and ate animal flesh. They wrecked all the poor rice farmers.

Well I guess I can always going hunting for vegetarians and kill two birds with one stone. First I get a cheap source of non-renewable protein (they can't fuck and if they do they neuter their kids) and I get rid of a Biden voter. It's a win/win for everyone.
