To be honest the sub kind of a shit hole in comparison to the experience here. I'm not even talking about the jannnies removing things to keep Spez's troon harem from nuking it. There are subtle things about the culture on Faggit that you can miss if you've only ever posted there, even in the based subs. But if you've gotten used to how things are here and go back on the Faggit subs you notice that shit and it's not a pleasant experience. I sometimes talk about how all the years we've spent on Faggit have affected the community in small ways even here. It's a million times worse on the Faggit subs. That site is fucking cancer and there's no keeping the poison out of even the based communities that stay there.
This accurately summarizes why I stopped using Reddit as well.
The small things metastasize and coagulate into a sort of psychosis or cognitive cancer where you every time you're on Reddit you have to acknowledge, accept, or jump through the hoops of what might best be described as Reddit's etiquette of idiosyncrasies.
The behaviourism and psychology of Reddit interactions are grating, and a lot of things you can get away with saying here, simply cannot be said over on Reddit.
