I had to reread that, so we aren't talking about toilet spycams or something, but videos of women taking a piss on the street? Hahahahaha. How about don't piss on the street?
LMAO Swedish supreme court ruled that as long as you attempt to cover yourself as best you can and try to do it out of sight, like a park or a bush, its legal.
The man was peeing in a "V-shaped" bush and some cops saw him and arrested him, security cams nearby caught him completely covering himself from sight, and that was that.
That court ruling must have been over a decade ago now, it's nice to have some sane judges.
Imagine having videos of you urinating in public all over the internet
I'm dying laughing. Public urination is against the law for a start, so they're already avoiding being put on the sex offender register, which should happen but of course didn't.
I don't like the idea of living in a panopticon. Whether you're in a private space or in a public one, it doesn't matter to me. Fearing you're being observed at all times, in all places is abhorrent to me, even if it does moderate people's behavior for the better. Worse yet, filmed at all times, and in all places.
With that in mind, the case should have gone forward. Being filmed in public and having that footage uploaded to porn sites for a bunch of degenerates to get off on is gross. You may not have an expectation of privacy in public, but you should have an expectation that any images of you captured in public won't be used for someone else's profit in a degenerate manner.
Having said that, immediately following the original case going forward, all the women should have been brought up on charges for public urination and indecent exposure.
Next you'll cite the War on Poverty. Can't you at least dial down the ridiculousness to the point that you're only as ridiculous as the average feminist, instead of more so?
To destroy people now is not a job for tanks and jets, but a job for psychologists and sociologists.
This is correct. But how come that even when you have a valid point, you phrase it in such a profoundly stupid manner that you make yourself look like a moron?

I guarantee this is drunk women pissing in the street outside nightclubs.
If the same thing happened to a man, we would all just laugh. Hell, the man would probably be laughing, too.
But instead we have a bunch of women seeing themselves as they truly are and not liking what they see;
Stop doing embarassing things then, woman.
Not surprised the judge threw it out. I would have told them to come back with a copyright case.
Honestly, by making this complaint, they confessed to a crime that's supposed to carry registering as a sex offender in any EU country.

I'm in the EU and we don't have a sex offender registry.
Huh. TIL.
I thought everywhere had one. But peeing in public is definitely a crime.

A locked door isn't a public place for fucks sake.
This judge needs to sneeze out whatever junk he has in his brain.

You really are sick in the head.
My conscience is clear. The way men are treated in Spain is a war crime.
Then there is something seriously wrong with your 'conscience', insofar as you have one.
A war crime without a war. You're a self-parody.
Not all wars are fought with bullets and bombs.
I see you're in the 'redefining words' phase of your feminism.
Like I said, there's almost no difference between you and a feminist - except that you're even more whacked.
The Cold War was considered a war. No direct fighting between the two nations ever happened.
We have moved on from the past. To destroy people now is not a job for tanks and jets, but a job for psychologists and sociologists.
