I looked up the TFR and it's only up to 1000ft. They are straight up going after drones. I really hope someone with a plane or helicopter goes and takes a ton of pics from 1500ft just to piss them off. Of course they will just respond by raising the ceiling on the TFR, but it's still a good middle finger.
