These same politically-aligned groups openly admitted to raping underaged girls, had the girls show up to the cops still bloodied, and the cops arrested the underaged girls for seducing those poor, innocent rapists, and for taking the drugs that were forcibly injected into them by said rapists.
There is literally no level of evidence that could exist that could pass "probable cause" in some of these regions for certain demographics.
