Trying to make the best case I can for it: the boundaries between different ethnic groups are extremely blurry in the US, because there's been 3+ centuries of low levels of interbreeding, and 5 decades of moderate levels.
That's absolutely true, and there are both reliable physical differences, and statistically significant personality differences from the statistical-level views of different ethnic groups.
My point is simply to recognize that, while some people are clearly in one group or another, there are people who don't clearly fall into one category. That observation, though, cuts against CRT, which is a type of ethnonationalism.

Edit: Looking at the list, their first point is race isn't biological, but then they go on to say that the BIPOC crew needs special treatment because of low academic success. But if race isn't biological, then BIPOC is meaningless. How do their brains survive like this?

Just because groups interbreed, it doesn't mean there's no biological truth to there being a biological difference between groups.
