Oh, race is not biologically real? So we is all Kangz now! Where's my Affirmative Action bonuses?

Edit: Looking at the list, their first point is race isn't biological, but then they go on to say that the BIPOC crew needs special treatment because of low academic success. But if race isn't biological, then BIPOC is meaningless. How do their brains survive like this?
