Whichever female lead doesn't get turned black will be a lesbian. Making Nami gay seems bold, but making Nico black seems like a shoo-in. I'm actually torn on how they'll reorient those two.
Either way, one of the lead females will definitely be blacked/lesbian. It would be really woke if they went for the double doozy of making one of them black and lesbian, but they did it with Batwoman, so I guess anything is possible.
