The true proponents, the ones who have the power to give funding, make laws, etc, aren't using it. The ones who are, are the useful idiots. But they still reproduce. They're the childless women running gender studies courses in public schools.
Also the most frequent users aren't politically involved. Majority of inner city blacks don't vote, don't run for offices. But when they do vote, it's for gibs and the party providing gibs also supports ritual child murder. I also think the threat of black population increasing with outlawed abortion is overstated. These women get at least double-digit numbers of fetuses yeeted, much harder to do that when the womb is occupied for 9 months
