Its not that Cosby didn't do the actions (he admitted to doing it at least once), but that the court acted wrong in attempting to prove it, and therefore not guilty.
What sticks out to me is that this seems like half the Weinstein victims. Some were true victims, but others knew they were giving sex for opportunities in the company. If everyone called it the Cosby suite, then I would bet money some of them willingly whored themselves out, but then felt bad about it later.
