In case that uncomfortable proper noun caught you by surprise, the Cosby Suite was a nickname for a hotel room at Blizzcon frequented by high-level employees. It’s been named in the State of California’s lawsuit against Activision Blizzard as being a hotel suite where former World of Warcraft lead designer Alex Afrasiabi allegedly harassed women.
Hang on, wasn't Cosby innocent? I remember seeing him freed.
Then again, they can pretty much flex their false accusations because absolutely nothing will happen, as the government is unwilling to terminate their unrealistic and stupid minority status, which would allow them to be shut out of society.
The condition that Cosby made the statement that he drugged a woman was that it would not be usable in court thereafter. It was then used in the court case that sentenced him. By using it, they were able to bring more accusers to testify, which is what won the case.
The statement and following accusers were struck because of the agreement violation. One of the people that was involved in sentencing him was involved in the original agreement, so he knew he was in violation, but did it anyway.
Its not that Cosby didn't do the actions (he admitted to doing it at least once), but that the court acted wrong in attempting to prove it, and therefore not guilty.
What sticks out to me is that this seems like half the Weinstein victims. Some were true victims, but others knew they were giving sex for opportunities in the company. If everyone called it the Cosby suite, then I would bet money some of them willingly whored themselves out, but then felt bad about it later.

He also only really admitted to partying with quaaludes. That's not the same thing as saying "I gave people date rape drugs in order to rape them."
