Turns out legitimate ballots have a secret printer identifying protocol on them established years ago by the Secret Service to help catch counterfeiters.

What's the difference between the printer identifying protocol and watermarks? When people said watermarks did they think it was the Q "blockchain" stuff? I always assumed they meant the manufacturer codes.

It's not the same image. Even if it was, it's only listed as an example. The actual ballot patterns can be seen in the video which very much is new.
