Normal people and regressive leftists are like an odd couple of clean and filthy roommates. The normal person sees a roach scurry across the kitchen one day, and also notices how the regressive is always leaving beer and dirty plates out. He warns the guy that he should clean that shit up so they won't attract roaches and the regressive is like "Haha roaches? Dude I've never seen any. Who hurt you anyway? Do you cross the street when you see a roach walking towards you?"

Then later more of them start appearing around the fridge and under the cabinet, and the sensible person's legitimate complaints are met with "Haha god you're such a clean freak. You bitch and moan about your imaginary germaphobe issues. It's only white colonialism that obsesses over 'cleanliness'".

Before you know it the whole house is full of roaches, and the regressive can only say "So what? Are you accusing me of being filthy? How dare you." Then he moves out, leaving the normal guy to deal with the infestation.
