Does anyone know about the massacre in the third post? I'm not pretending that the Uighurs haven't carried out such attacks, but 2,000 deaths is far larger than any of the ones I've heard of.
The problem is it's hard to tell what's legitimate.
Communists vs Islamists.
You can rationalize that if Communists are genociding you, terrorism could be an acceptable response.
But if you are being incessantly attacked by Jihadis and the locals won't stop, the only moral answer would be to abandon control over the territory, ban entry into your country, and promise to bomb the shit out of them if they try anything... but Communists would never even consider that. Instead, they would do exactly what China did and try to depopulate the area.
There is nothing moral about leaving your own citizens, many of whom are Han Chinese, to their fate and even denying them entry.
And government/politics and morality have nothing at all to do with one another.
Huh, I never took you for the Danzig or War type.
Almost like chyna kills their own people and OP is a chinese repeating ccp reasons for doing so.
I personally find it hard to believe with China's domestic spying that anyone could pull off a terror attack without getting it stopped in advance, even Islamists.
How long does it take to machete through 2000 people, anyway?
It also should be noted that the official number is 200 killed and 1800 injured.
Ah, that would explain it: when they said 2000 Han Chinese were massacred, I took that to mean deaths, not deaths + injuries.
and the propoganda shines through again, similar to the kind that made january a govt takeover.
There were mass riots / uprising back in 2009. Hard to say what happened exactly because of totalitarian control of information and lies but it's true this is when the roundup began: https://www.abc.net.au/news/2019-07-05/china-xinjiang-urumqi-riots-10th-anniversary-uyghur-muslims/11270320
the real kind of riots? or the trump supporters having a march kind of 'riots'?
Hans and Uyghurs being beaten to death by each other's mobs in the streets in pogrom style attacks or (that's latter only) gunned down by the police.
Any Rwandans in who can answer?
Vicious feedback loop:

I already have some knowledge of Uighur terrorism in general, I was asking about this specific alleged attack, because I'd like the opportunity to be corrected before I accuse the author of just making shit up.
I don't think this is what OP was referring to.
That being said:
Pakistan-based?
