Side effects of Covid-19 can be treated, dying of undertested med complications can't.

It's so dumb, yeah, the reverse is equally true, but you can go further:

Losing limbs can be treated, dying from choking on half a teaspoon of water can't.

I don't think I've seen a sentence quite as dumb.
