This is a symptom, the real cause is letting schools and colleges get away with giving out more and more high quality grades, year on year, with no consequences. It's not their problem that the high grades have become devalued, it's the students' problem.

Couple this with loans being given out to anyone regardless of whether they're likely to be paid back (yay! government intervention) and a college doesn't need to worry about whether their applicants can do much - the college can simply give them a passing grade and take on hundreds of thousands of dollars to do so. And from a pure business sense, why wouldn't you?

To address the route cause, there needs to be some way of incentivising colleges to only give a select few top students the top grades, and to untangle the web of government intervention and bureaucracy which got us there. After that, things like this will start falling apart on their own.

The root cause of all of this is black IQ.

If a university is intended to create functional professional workers, then the cutoff point for "good grades" will always favor whites. Their scores are good enough to indicate proficiency, by which I mean you can safely hire them for almost any job, so their grades will always be considered "good" by the market.

If you switch to a harsher grading system, with "good grades" defined as only the very elite, you will separate the Asian (math and science) and Jewish (verbal) students. White students will be lower, and Hispanic and black students will be lower still. But the people trying to hire good workers will simply aim for whatever minimum proficiency enables reliable workers, and that bar will always coincide with white grades.

How do we know this? Look around the world. White nations are functional, prosperous, wealthy. Whatever minimum IQ threshold is necessary for productivity and stability, whites meet that threshold. Why wouldn't this pattern manifest on a more individual level with respect to employees?

The only way to obscure all of this and protect those protected classes is to destroy the very concept of objective standards. Of course, in a world where grades mean nothing, employers will actually return to using skin color as a proxy for IQ and competency. That's why places like California are skipping to the end and mandating literal quotas. Because equity is like communism; the only way to achieve it is by kneecapping everyone equally.

This is extremely detrimental to the long-term prosperity of black peoples. An objective standard would put positive evolutionary pressure on black peoples, gradually pulling their average IQ towards the other racial demos and eventually achieving something much closer to both equality and equity. But nope.
