George Soros is the target of a wide range of antisemitic conspiracy theories, many of which spreadthe false notion that he is directing the Black Lives Matter movement to pursue an anti-American agenda. The anti-Soros examples they list either don't bring up the fact that he's Jewish at all, or attack him for Zionism. Unless we're now conflating Zionism and Israel with being Jewish I fail to see how this applies. But on that note...

I guess the question is whether you hold all jews responsible for the actions of the Rothschilds. No one admits to that in those terms, but some effectively do that.
This gets at the defining feature of anti-anti-Semitism, though. You can't criticize any jew, and you can't point out that anyone you disagree with is jewish. You can't point out that your opponents abhorrent ideas might somehow be informed by judaism. Of course, they can do that. But you can't. That's the ADL version of anti-anti-Semitism
