I guess the question is whether you hold all jews responsible for the actions of the Rothschilds. No one admits to that in those terms, but some effectively do that.
This gets at the defining feature of anti-anti-Semitism, though. You can't criticize any jew, and you can't point out that anyone you disagree with is jewish. You can't point out that your opponents abhorrent ideas might somehow be informed by judaism. Of course, they can do that. But you can't. That's the ADL version of anti-anti-Semitism
