Brack was a puppet, so no loss there. Ybarra might actually be decent, since he was at Microsoft while they were turning Xbox around. But yeah, putting a woman in there is an attempt to appear as woke as possible and force bullshit on the company.

Blizzard is well and truly dead. There is only Activision.
