The cops who regularly plant drugs are pretty skilled at avoiding getting themselves on film -

this guy planted drugs for 2 years in over 100 separate stops :

Corrupt guys like this fuel the momentum of movements like BLM.

I think everyone in this country can agree that no corrupt law enforcement officers can be allowed to operate.
