Yea, I hear you. There's a great book called "Unfair" by a guy named Benforado who actually goes into detail of the mechanics of how miscarriages of justice unfold and how widespread they really are.
I think we're talking two different topics. My take is that these guys in the video might just be bullshiting and it's hard to say without knowing the facts of their story.
Just because it happens once, doesn’t mean it happens always. I’d like to see the persons case they talk about in these videos and so far I’m 0 for 3 in finding them.
