Remember, that "growth" is propped up by Western charity and technology, and represents all the "excess" that previously got eaten by lions, or died of disease and other reasons before they got old enough to breed. The kindest thing we could do is to stop giving them "aid." Their populations are incredibly inflated because of Western charity. If these people wanted an iPhone, or the wheel even, they would have figured out how to do it in the thousands of years they've been around. Trying to force a bunch of hunter-gather tribes into some semblance of Western society is just cruel. When the aid stops, and it will for one reason or another, there will be enormous death, famine, war, rape, pretty much everything we consider evil. And it will all happen because of Western charity.

So here’s my (tongue-in-cheek) solution for the African fiasco: a high wall around the whole continent, all the guns and bombs in the world for everyone inside, and at the end, the last one alive should do us all a favor and kill himself.
