Verstappen for trying to hold on the outside and clipping Hamilton tire

Verstappen clearly opens up his steering wheel, allowing BLHam more space than he ought to have claim for considering that he was very clearly behind Verstappen (must've been as his front left clipped Ver's right rear).
Problem is, he can't go to the inside at that point. BLHam got his car about 1/3 alongside Verstappen, which by the rules means it's Verstappen's corner corner but it also means Verstappen can't take the inside line without crashing out for sure.

If this same situation were reversed we wouldn't hear the end of "Verstappen's disgusting racist attack on BLHam's life". But the nigger gets a pass.
I will admit that I am not an F1 fan and dont know much about how this works (I am into Rally, US Stock Cars, and Australian Supercars), but at least from what I am seeing of that race it does look like it is probably more Hamiltons fault. That Verstappen guy looked like he left a TON of space on the inside that could have been used but wasnt for some reason.
