Theoretically, there could be one which came to a non-positive conclusion about the subject matter.

It would not remain in operation long, but while it was open, it would be non-fraudulent.

I thought they were going to say something about falsifying history or plagiarism or making up data. Nah, they're just talking about giving good grades to illiterate students, which is every SJW department's job.
