I've seen a lot of his videos and I don't recall him ever getting directly into politics, meaning who he votes for. I'd say he's definitely economically right and anti-censorship. Beyond that, you're probably not far off.
Only time I remember him explicitly going into politics it was him supporting the libertarian candidate for governor and opposing the airline WuFlu bailouts.
Hmm, Center-populist would actually be a good term. Always thought of populism from a left/right standpoint but center would be right. I think he despises politicians in general. We all do, but he has no hero.
I don't think he ever said it specifically but I assume lib-right.
He's a pragmatic, solution-oriented, no-BS guy and wants laws to be more straight-forward and less convoluted.
However he's not a "taxation is theft" kind of libertarian, and he also knows that some extent of government involvement in the free market is needed to break monopolies and oligopolies and stuff like that.
He hates us, and he hates the left. He thinks we're all ideologues. HOWEVERRRRR, he appears to lean just a little bit right because I distinctly remember him discussing shit like how there were ELECTION IRREGULARITIES with some leftist friend of his in a video during the 2020 election.
Regardless he's not wrong about the issues he bitches about. If there was something he's said you disagreed with I'd like to know what it was.
NYC's decline is engineered. The perpetrators are waiting for the bottom to fall out so they can snap up all the real estate for pennies on the dollar.
Detroit's decline was an organic exodus by whites and investment capital in seeking to escape escalating black violence and crime.
So just using the opportunity presented by china flu to use regulatory power to depress the prices and the buying it with some help with local corruption.
Not sure what the plan is to get the prices to spike again though, or perhaps they will settle with the meager profit gained with more normal prices.
The corruption is way beyond local, it's national.
For example they use the eviction moratorium to force middle class home owners to sell their rental properties so corps like Blackrock can buy them for cheap.

escape escalating black violence and crime.
And who enabled the violence and crime in the first place? Order decayed because it was deliberately allowed to. That's the situation in every Democrat-run shithole that white people can't stand to be in.
Too many proles own too much property, and upper class elites want to be land barons again.

He's a smug NYC centrist.

he's definitely more right leaning.
IMHO he's libertarian and doesn't like both sides. IIRC he endorsed some local 3rd party (I think libertarian) candidate a while ago.
Inform me when we get The great escape from new york...
On a more serious note, I do not think the decay will be as bad as Detroit for new york (altough I'm lacking a lot of data).

International.
China is behind a lot of huge property buys right now. The are living through the same type of economic era our grandparents saw in the 40s - 60s.
