I think we're well past the point where people should indeed develop a healthy hostility towards what passes for 'education' in the West nowadays - this PhD-winning gem of intelligence provides only the latest in a long line of examples as to why. Just how red is the little red schoolhouse, indeed!

We're basically at the point where I keep yelling "They are National Socialists" while BLM starts marching around a burning pile of books declared "White Propaganda" while the Königgrätzer Marsch plays in the background.
I hate to break it to you, but blacks are already hostile towards education. They call it "acting white". I've gotten to work with a handful of black engineers over the years, and they've all been on the receiving end of it.
I was being sarcastic. I’ve experienced it too. Destructive mindset. But I’d tell anyone not to let that stuff bother you although at a young age it can be pretty influential.
When you've got people like this in the schools telling them the same thing their peers are it's hard for young kids to not listen. In a more civilized time it was proposed that people like this have a millstone tied around their neck and be thrown into the sea
James Lindsay wrote an article last year called 2+2 Never Equals 5. If I'm understanding him correctly, "white mathematics" would rely entirely on logic and exclude "other ways of knowing" and "other knowledges".
An example from the article:
So, a teacher getting away from 'white mathematics" would accept 2+2=5 based on the student's lived experience. A teacher that's teaching "white mathematics" would explain that a scale is only so precise and you get 2+2=5 due to the scale rounding numbers.
Such teachers should be fired. I remember Larry Elder once got called a race traitor and he said if I was a white supremacist you know what I’d do? I’d encourage self destructive behavior and insist that a proper education was acting white.
I remember when I head about math being racist I thought it was a joke. Sadly I was wrong
