It is a thing. But no doctor would actually do something like that so people resort to doing it themselves.

Finding a doctor to cut your dick or breasts off, however...

There are doctors that would be willing to. But they would get in trouble if they did. There are sick fuckers in every profession. I guess in medicine they become abortionists and sex change surgeons.
