2 Spirits, which is a really bastardized view of native culture. There is a term for people who do manly and girly things. Like I weave, and am let into the women's circle because of it. No one calls me gay or anything else. Heck, some of the leaders try to hook me up with their grand daughters.
It is possible to be gay and two spirits, but it's missing out on a lot of cultural context.
There is a similar problem with Fafafine (faw faw feen eh). It's a Samoan term, but is found throughout the Pacific ocean. It literally means Women's Work. So a boy doing women's work is Fafafine. However, people have been calling it trans or gay for a while now. It is especially weird because there are Grandmothers who want all their grand kids to be Fafa even when it's being rejected.

Gizortnik has the shorter answer though.
