Canada is America's little brother who hasn't fully moved out of Mom's place. The US has figured out his relatives are crazy, and has been trying to stop world wars as fast as he can. Is it a perfect system? No, and the US hates even being put in this position a lot of the time.

Most people assume Canada will either do something really stupid, and then become a part of the US, or Canada will figure out the relatives are crazy and move on. Either one is a winner. Right now though, Canada is listening to crazy relatives and trying to prove how cool and smart it is by doing this. It's totally going to beat the US any day now, yeah, just see.
