Where did they hear this and what are the 49 groups? It only mentions 1! This seems to be Buzz feed and kotaku level of journalism. Narrative, narrative, narrative and above all else, narrative. This is why I avoid websites like these for news. They don't care about giving the news, only narrative. This is why i only visit kotaku, or Buzz feed or similar websites for lolz and nothing else.

Pretty sure I don't have to lead with anything, given that you should be able to parse a press release for the actual letter they sent, particularly when they link the letter in brackets which say 'Click here to read the letter from Jewish organizations to the White House'.
But hey, if you want to talk numbers, let's talk numbers: 20/49 are national organizations, and of the state/regional/local, only 12/49 are the local chapters of Bend the Arc. If you like, let's exclude those 12 local chapters, so only 37 national/state groups of indeterminate size, yet who claim in their letter to represent millions, are advocating for the subversion of US immigration law on the basis of their religion/history. Precise enough for you?
Are those organizations responsible or completely representt all Jews? If so, i am 100% certain southern poverty law represent all white people. Remember those Jews are also American citizens.
Plus, the author of the original article muddied the water with his selective article and lack of citation.

I couldn't find it either, which means the entire thing is very likely fake.
