Not to go full Impossible1 here, but they are effectively catering to middle-class white women.
That specific demographic has a huge amount of spending power as consumers, and many are ideologically possessed by Leftist protection rackets / syndicates.
It doesn't matter that they don't do anything for the allegedly oppressed group, because none of the middle and upper-middle class white women do anything either. They just want everyone to agree that they are good people.
