Big Brother is trying to make it socially acceptable to post your medical status in order to harvest the data. In the next few years, bigger states will start removing their medical privacy laws so they can force you to announce your health background.
We are so far past the point where SCOTUS or any other apparatus of government is an avenue for correcting this problem. It absolutely floors me that people are still clinging to the idea that the system will self correct.
Unpopular opinion: I have no issue with that if it's done to control people with dangerous/incurable diseases and/or sanitary issues like incontinence.

Hopefully SCOTUS isn't so far gone that they're unwilling to strike down those measures citing 4th Amendment violations.

Depends how large a system you consider. Even if the world does engulf in totalitarian flames over the next 50 years, it won't last forever.

You don't open doors you don't trust being left wide open. Especially not with the government.
Many Leftists think being White is an incurable disease, as is "religion." So it fails as a metric without even a slippery slope.
