We keep posting the same articles over and over about how the left does something stupid/racist/hypocritical to advance its agenda.
It's so damn obvious that I can read the article and predict all the responses before even entering the comment section.
Yeah, the 2020 election was most likely rigged. Yeah, Antifa/BLM gets away with months of terrorism while people defending themselves (Rittenhouse) get shit on for existing. Yeah, Covid is blown way out of proportion. Yeah, the vaccines are at best a money making ploy, at worst literal population control. Yes, western nations are deliberately being subverted and destroyed with mass immigration. Yes, the schools and the media have largely been taken over by leftist ideologues. Yes, man hating feminists are intentionally pushing policies to make it easy to destroy men with simple accusations. Yes, powerful groups of elites are rewriting history to their own benefit.
It's so damned obvious to anyone paying attention that its almost redundant to keep talking about this.
I am not down playing any of this or saying it should be ignored. What I am saying is that we keep repeating this over and over and nothing is coming from it.
What the hell are we supposed to do?
please don't fall for the bullshit posted here. the vaccines are rather cheap. if this was a money making scheme, it would have to be the entire world's governments and medical institutions that are in on it. it's also pretty cheap. surely they would have price gouged to a massive degree. the facilities administering the vaccines are making more per dose than the pharmaceutical companies who made them.
They have immediate and dangerous competition. Price gouging runs the risk of them getting priced out by their competitors, which when you have maybe a year of this market to make profit on a single day could be a huge loss.
I hate to go full conspiracy, but what part of the Corona response from almost the entire Western society leads you to think there isn't significant collusion?
Things are rarely as raw evil conspiracy as they seem, but its also foolish to think that those at the top aren't milking things that happen for all they are worth constantly.
there's only a handful of competitors. if this was a true conspiracy, they could have easily colluded with the other manufacturers to agree to a much higher price. the government probably would have bought these doses at 10x the cost.
healthcare prices are ridiculous when it's the insurance or other large non-consumer base actually paying for them, even when there's supposed to be competition.
And when you take into account the hundreds of millions (if not billions) of doses being manufactured, that money all adds up.
I personally think the population control theory is more likely, but your logic is retarded nonetheless.
they're definitely making money, but not at a scale that tricking (or colluding with) the entire world makes sense.
Thanks. i need to get off this site
Look I respect your position but I just don't agree with it. True, there's a lot of goofiness about the vaccines on all sides of the issue. But I know damned well through personal experience how private interests purchase government collusion. Pharma has lawmakers in their pocket. Legislators and executives are paid shills. Most medical organizations are pass-throughs for messaging from their parent orgs and trust networks, and higher up the food chain those orgs are bought and paid for. If most of your government is telling you to do a thing, be deeply skeptical about that thing and who benefits from it.
I don't like this line of reasoning because someone could say "the government wants you to wear seatbelts, so it must be the automaking industry lobbying them to make money off of this feature"
