The "This site may be hacked" notification won't be removed until the webmaster of the site takes action.

Try these steps to fix your website:

Register and verify your site in Google’s Search Console.

Oh great. I am not sure we will be able to verify the site, as we don't really own the domain or anything. TD will have to do us for it.

And it's interesting that only KiA2.win is labeled as hacked, and not KiA.win. What is about this place that looks hacked?

Some people have speculated that it was the massive amounts of spam that was posted, which has recently abated. They don't seem to have a problem with that.
