It immediately creates all sorts of avenues of attack. From attacks on your hosting, domain registrar, to actual criminal investigations to wreck you. Hell, it seems that the US government is now considering Minecraft-posting as some sort of terrorism.
Remember that one of the main 'reasons' for the attacks on T_D was that they stickied support for a legal demonstration, namely the one in Charlottesville.
