I used to live in Detroit and have tons of stories like that. I remember hearing from someone about how a cop basically "pulled him over" and they drove out of the neighborhood, told him never to find himself lost in such a neighborhood again.
Ya and that also is not only in major cities. That's in many small towns that have large black populations
