I've had two Moderna shots. I had a quite sore arm for ~4 days with the first shot, and basically no side effects with the second shot (arm was mildly sore for about a day). I always doubted the vaccine would last forever because, just like the flu, covid is going to be endemic now and will naturally mutate.

But what's the problem with mRNA technology vaccines?

(Also, I'm past my reproductive stage. I would not get my teenage children vaccinated, at least yet.)

This is the first mRNA vaccine to ever be released, so we don't fully know the potential effects of this technology long-term. This alongside the fact that the vaccines were developed at such a rapid pace that we don't know what kind of shortcuts were taken and how many regulations were relaxed for these vaccines. Do not get your children this vaccine. They definitely don't need it since they are so young, and I don't believe there was much testing done for children with the vaccines.

I do agree completely about children. I'm just glad they're finally back to school. My city is crazy regressive about masks and keeping kids at home.

mRNA vaccination hasn't been done outside of dengue fever, where the vaccine actually provides a severe risk against those that haven't been infected with dengue yet. Outside of that, mRNA vaccination remains virtually unmarked territory. It's a telling signs when all animals that have been experimented on with the COVID vaccines have died.

Makes sense given how the 4 serotypes of the Flaviviridae that is the Dengue virus works.

Get infect the first time you get Dengue Hemorrhagic Fever. You may not get symptoms at all or you may get some flu like or worse symptoms.

Get infected again you're fucked and will probably die of Dengue Shock Syndrome.

I honestly feel like I don't know enough to evaluate the claims of the pros or the cons. I will hope for my sake the "pros" outweight the cons.

I had my first Moderna the other day and didn’t feel anything other than a mild soreness at the injection site. I don’t personally think the vaccine’s necessary for most people but was backed into a corner all around and made my choice.

I am not getting another shot every 6 months.

Exactly, getting it now helps enable it being forced later on. Sad there's people on here who are so cucked that they have forgotten how to resist and rebel.

This is why I told you in a thread a little while back that this was the hill to die on.

Now that a lot of people are capitulating, expect them to keep pushing.

It is fucking sad to see that even some people here succumbed to peer pressure and got an experimental vaccine for a disease that has a survival rate of 99.997 percent.

Well, at least you could see it as less invasive version of a vasectomy, which makes me whinge just thinking about. Not as bad as eye surgery, which you have to be fucking awake for, but still not a pleasant thought.

Hah, vasectomy was a hard no!

I like to keep my options open.
