I remember reading a historian saying that Brahmins are essentially like the Jews of India and I think that statement really nails it.
Both groups seem to generally vote left, both groups are very nepotistic, both groups have a lot of their demographics in high positions of power and members of both groups seem to push a lot of divisive identity politics these days.
I know plenty of based Indian men and I don't think anyone of them are Brahmin.

I know of several conservative Brahmin Indians (coworkers or past coworkers) and of my Jewish friends and co-workers half are conservative and half are liberal. Shoot, I had a Jewish Uber driver last week who was ready to start the second Civil War already to fight what the Dems have been up to. Stop making enemies based on stereotypes.
