This is generally a bad idea. Immigrants from Hong Kong have historically had much higher crime rates than those from mainland China

And yet Hong Kong's murder rate is still only half that of London.

Does not surprise me at all. Don't get me wrong, I like Hong Kong and the people there. But historically, immigrants from Hong Kong have had much higher crime rates than those from China.
