There once was a man who believed in this idea so strongly he was willing to risk everything.
Learning these skills is not a bad idea.
What you actually will need to do is move somewhere where you can build local economic systems as much outside of the Egalitarian, Communist sphere of influence as possible. Some place where lazy, stupid city dwellers would have a very difficult time surviving. Some place where they do not want to be.
In this new home, build strong communities. Promote the values of Freedom and Individualism. There are already places like this, you know where they are. Move there.
