Not everything in the Bible is to be interpreted literally. The mark of Cain might be symbologic language. Effects of sin on a person, for example.
Pretty sure "WHEN THE END OF THE WORLD COMES Y'ALL ARE GONNA FACE DEVASTATING WARS AND FAMINES AND BY THE WAY THE ANTICHRIST WILL PUT HIS MARK UPON YOU SO THAT YOU MIGHT BUY AND SELL IN HIS SOCIETY" is not really open for interpretation.
Excuse me, the antichrist might not even be a single individual but a pattern of behavior, for all I know.
If the antichrist is an individual, then the details of his actions should also be as written which would make him easily identifiable.
