The left will spin any attacks on these ideologically leftist biased woke military generals and officers as attacks on the troops. Don't fall for that spin attempt.
The right needs to stop sending their young men into the malevolent hands of a military leadership that now hates them and what they stand for.
I think we should only support veterans and none of these current woke clowns.
The writing was on the wall when there was the Marxist graduate who went viral. Republicans biggest weakness is compassion and complacency. That why they always vote for schisters who claim to be compassionate Christians.
Blind compassion is a vice, not a virtue. The fact that so many Christians cannot or will not understand that is extremely frustrating.
That position is not supported in any of the sermons.
Some of the apostles might have felt like you, but it's pretty clear Christ would disagree.
I get it that it's not a reasonable position. But don't spout your bullshit about Christianity needing to be transactional about compassion. That's not what Christ preached and you know it.
If Christianity is doomed then it's doomed. Faith doesn't compromise. It stands or dies on what it believes.
If you think god says otherwise, have the balls to say you're the voice of god and try it yourself. We're a bit overdue for a prophet.
People like you do nothing to alleviate my active distrust of modern Christianity. You are functionally a suicidal fanatic hellbent on bringing ruin to me and those I care about. Why should I view you as anything less than an enemy?
I'm not a Christian. Anymore. Out of respect, for what Christ believed.
Christ, would have everyone die before anyone of his flock strike a blow to prevent it, because there is already enough violence in the world. The god of jesus judges your soul on what you do alone, and made you no promise that you would not be cut down messily for living by his standard.
I respect that. I can't live like that, but I respect it.
That's why I don't call myself a Christian. Because I would rather fight.
By Christian standards, I know that I am damned, and I accept that.
But I at least have the dignity to not go around claiming to be a christian when my volition is to reject the primary thrust of Christ's message, which is "don't fight". I respect and appreciate the sentiment, but it's not me.
What offends me is when people like you have the conceit to think you can embrace Christ and yet still fight back. Hypocrite. God hates you more than he hates me. Cuz I understand the message, and reply "that's nice, and it'd make the world a better place, but it's not for me; I'm fighting for ya though, whether you appreciate it or not".
Whereas you, you're just a lying hypocrite, calling yourself christian without believing in the central thrust of christ's sermons. I merely reject the sermon. You besmirch it.
I don't remember any part were Jesus let evil or untruth stand for the sake of "compassion". He was compassionate in that he loved the sinner and forgave him, regardless of his sin. He although made it very clear, that the sinner should repent and do the will of His Father.
What exactly is compassionate about tolerating or even enabeling harmful behavior?
That's a non-sequitur. Order of events and volition is significant.
"I sinned, because I didn't know better, forgive me" and "I knew better, but chose to sin anyway, forgive me" are two very, VERY different positions to be in.
Once and as long as you call yourself christian, violence is off the table. Whether someone comes to strike you or nail you to a cross.
Christianity will be fine. No offense, but it may be that the USA is doomed instead.
The thing that was missed in all that was that guy being radicalized by some sort of guest instructor who taught at West Point. To my knowledge nothing happened to that guy. That nothing happened to him says everything.
