I know one of the latter women, delusional fujoshi I would call them.

She was obsessed with gay fan fiction and had an undiagnosed eat disorder, depression, confusion with being bi, and body image issues that finally manifested in fully transitioning from a reasonably attractive young woman to a manic pixie femboy.

She's dating a rather hideous woman-turned-man further solidifying she was just another emotionally vulnerable bi girl lured in by the trans activists.
