A lot of the corporate stuff is heavy into every possible combination of non-white, non-straight, non-masculine they can find; but this particular ad isn't really out of the ordinary. This is something you could have seen 30 years ago too.
This particular ad isn't showing the man in an effeminate form, and isn't showing him in a submissive form, and is even keeping the woman in the background, not directly in front of the viewer. This makes sense for ads involving sexuality, so I don't really see why you would think this is particularly egregious.
