It makes perfect sense, too; if pronouns are no longer going to refer to someone's sex, but some abstract concept of 'gender' invented by Doctor Money, then pronouns are no longer a concept I want a part of.
If this is what 'gender' is to become, then I refuse to have a gender, and I refuse to be referred to as if the concept is in any way applicable to me. A 'gender neutral' pronoun won't do as it still props up the idea of gender as a valid part of my identity. I must be referred to without a pronoun in order to be correctly identified as truly outside the concept of Doctor Money's gender.
