Given the outcome of the shitshow in DC today, do we have a Plan C for where to go after this? I have a feeling the .win family is going to be targeted soon and wanted to know where the current backups are.

There is no telling how violent or over-reactionary the establishment's blowback may be. I would suggest you get non-Reddit, non-Win, and non-standard contact information (like private discords, alternative forums, minecraft servers, or spacial co-ordinates in MMO's) to communicate in the event of aggressive censorship.
You may want to consider doing this with your electors as well if you voted for them, as they may be trusted community members to you.
As of right now, it does not appear that .win is shutting down in 24 hours, but it appears that T_D itself might have some kind of user issues. As far as I'm aware, we seem to be uneffected.
If something does go sideways, Saidit is where I'll jump to first since it was the most popular alternative before T_D reached out to us.
Well, they haven't given me anything, so I'm only trying to understand what they've said. I think it means that one of their hosting platforms may intend to shut them out, which would cause their site to be disrupted due to it's high traffic volume on one less server. Additionally, they've gone full anti-DDOS, so they might be trying to desperately keep out the bots to make sure the site has only legitimate traffic (so it doesn't overburden their bandwidth)

We don't know anyone who wants it, we don't know who would moderate it, and Saidit had an IRC client and it was never used.
We can actually still use Saidit's IRC, but I don't know that there's any demand to be on Discord as it is.
Careful with private discord. You need to vet people. There's been some right wing discord nuked already through people slipping in and mass reporting.
