Their biggest mistake. That is how it starts, you get women in power and for what ever reason they get rid of white men and replace them with ideologs who directly benefit from their insane identity politics. Notice how once in power they do not strive for diversity in leadership? They no longer want a 50-50 men - women if they are the majority. 100% women = 100% diverse?
They cannot compete with white men.
Why hire someone that might take your job or your bonus?
