Yes that's exactly the one I was thinking of. Someone put it in a compilation back when that meme was first making the rounds and that particular one made me laugh for a good five minutes straight, it was comedy gold.
God, it's still funny.
The developers a) made a hitbox for the metal cone, b) made a hitbox for the ladder rungs, c) made sure they could interact, d) had varying sound effects added so that it would be a single gong strike sound for every rung. They knew what they were doing when they did this.
